Where is Each x Every located and where do you make your shoes?

All our shoes are designed from our London headquarters, with production and manufacturing taking place in Italy and Portugal.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Maestro, Google and Apple Pay.  

Delivery & Returns

Where do you deliver?

We currently only offer shipping to UK mainland postcodes and the US. If you live outside these areas, and would like to order, please do get in touch at support@eachxevery.com and we can see if we can help. 

Who pays for taxes and duties for shipments outside the UK?

For international deliveries outside of the UK, products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. This means that the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties or customs fees which may be charged on the purchase. Please check your local customs laws to determine if any tax or duties are payable.

(As at 21/09/2023, as far as we are aware, there are no duties payable for on shipments to the USA but we ask that you do not rely on this and do your own research as the position may have changed).

How long does delivery take?

Ready to Wear orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. The applicable delivery date will be displayed on the Checkout screen and in a confirmation email. You’ll also receive a shipping update email to track your delivery as soon as it’s been dispatched.


Where is my order?

Please allow wait the allocated delivery time which you will find on your email order confirmation. After this time if your order still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch at orders@eachxevery.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Ready to Wear and Pre-Order items may be cancelled by emailing us at orders@eachxevery.com. All orders must be cancelled before the items are picked and packed by our warehouse, sometimes this can be within minutes of the order being placed. 

If you miss these cancellation windows, you may still be able return your item. Please see our returns policy FAQ below and our Terms and Conditions for further information.

What’s your returns policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your Each x Every order, we can offer you a full refund on all shoes as standard. All orders must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Simply email us at  info@eachxevery.com and follow the returns process. Please see our returns policy in our Terms and Conditions for full details.

For returns in the UK, we offer a free returns service. 

For returns outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for the cost of all returns.


What size should I order?

All our shoes come in different size and width options to ensure you find the perfect fit. Before buying your first pair, we highly recommend using our sizing guide and charts to take your foot measurements and the best fit you.
