In the UK and for most international destinations, we use premium courier services to deliver your products to you and, in the UK, we offer a convenient Drop at Shop returns service in partnership with Collect+. Depending on the type of product you’ve purchased different delivery and return processes and policies apply. Below is a summary of our services, processes and policies but please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

For international deliveries outside of the UK, products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. This means that the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties or customs fees which may be charged on the purchase.

Where applicable, it is your responsibility to comply with any export controls, sanctions, rules or other restrictions applicable to products supplied to you.

Delivery

UK Mainland

Our products are delivered free of charge (mainland UK only) on the Next Business Day after you place your order. If your order comes in later in the day however, it may be held over until the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping update email to track your delivery as soon as it’s been dispatched.

International and non-mainland UK

We provide free shipping on all products internationally. Depending on where you are located, this free service may be a standard shipping or premium courier service. The delivery time may vary depending on the location and shipping service and will be detailed at Checkout.

For all deliveries outside of the UK, products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. This means that the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties or customs fees which may be charged on the purchase.

Where applicable, it is your responsibility to comply with any export controls, sanctions, rules or other restrictions applicable to products supplied to you.

US Customers: At present, there is no duty payable in the US on orders below $800. You can check the import duties that may apply in your country using various website checkers.

Pre-Order Items

If you have purchased a Pre-Order item you have reserved yourself an exclusive first look at our products before the main drop. These products have not yet been made and we provide an Expected Delivery Date at checkout. To view your Expected Delivery Date after purchase, please review your purchase confirmation email. Whilst we make every effort to meet our expected delivery dates we cannot guarantee them. If we do run late we'll reach out to you to let you know when to expect them.

Pre-Order items are subject to the same return and delivery terms as ready to wear items. 

Returns

UK Mainland

Products can be returned free of charge (in mainland UK) provided they meet the returns criteria – see our Terms and Conditions. To initiate a return please email info@eachxevery.com we will then provide you with a returns code that will enable you to drop your return off at any one of the Collect+ shop locations – click here to find your nearest location.

International and non-mainland UK

For non-mainland UK and international orders, provided you meet the returns criteria you will need to pay and arrange for the cost of return after your return request has been accepted by us. You will also be responsible for reclaiming any import tax and duties (if applicable) from the relevant authority.

In some cases, we may ask you to fill in certain forms when returning products to us to ensure that the products are classifed as returns for relevant customs agencies.
