Where is Each x Every located and where do you make your shoes?
All our shoes are designed from our London headquarters, with production and manufacturing taking place in Portugal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Maestro, Google and Apple Pay.
Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
We currently only offer shipping to UK mainland postcodes. If you live outside these areas, and would like to order, please do get in touch at email@example.com and we can see if we can help.
How long does delivery take?
Ready to Wear orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed and usually arrive on the next business day although this may sometimes take 2 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Made to Order designs will arrive with you approximately 3 weeks after the order date. You’ll receive a shipping update email to track your delivery as soon as it’s been dispatched.
Made to Order: Why has my dispatch date changed?
While most of our orders are made within three weeks, Made to Order items are handcrafted individually and may require up to 5 weeks during busier periods. In some cases, there may be a wait time on a particular leather, component or when crafting shoes outside of our core sizing. In case of any delays, we will keep you informed of your estimated dispatch date.
What’s the difference between Ready to Wear and Made to Order?
On every product page, each shoe is labelled as either Ready to Wear or Made to Order. OurReady to Wear pieces have been designed in our London headquarters and are ready to be dispatched to you as soon as you place an order. Products labelled as Made to Order need to be crafted by our Portuguese atelier so require a little longer (three weeks to be precise) to reach you.
You might notice that a product might change from Ready to Wear to Made to Order if you change its colour, trim or size. That’s because you’ve created something unique! The Each x Every team will get to work making your creation as soon as you hit ‘order’.
Where is my order?
Please allow 2 working days for Ready to Wear orders and approximately 3 weeks for Made to Order orders to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Both Ready to Wear and Made to Order shoes can be cancelled or amended via your account. Ready to Wear orders must be cancelled before the items are picked and packed by our warehouse, sometimes this can be within minutes of the order being placed. Made to Order products can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing an order as after that time our expert craftsman may have already begun working on your order.
If you miss these cancellation windows, you may still be able return your item. Please see our returns policy FAQ below and our Terms and Conditions for further information.
What’s your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your Each x Every order, we can offer you a full refund on all Ready to Wear shoes as standard. All orders must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 28 days. Simply log into your online account and follow the returns process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our returns policy in our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Made to Order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
What size should I order?
All our shoes come in different size and width options to ensure you find the perfect fit. Before buying your first pair, we highly recommend using our sizing guide and charts to take your foot measurements and the best fit you.
